Terms of Service

1. Service operator

EXPOZOR is currently operated by Mohamed Karrach, operating EXPOZOR, based in Morocco. References to “EXPOZOR,” “we,” or “us” mean this operator. The legal identity on this page will be updated if a company succeeds the current operator.

2. Acceptance of terms

Creating an account requires an unselected checkbox linking to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. When you submit that form, we record the policy versions and acceptance time. Merely browsing the public site does not create an account agreement. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use a signed-in workspace. EXPOZOR is not directed to children or minors.

4. Current service

EXPOZOR is a live web application for personal expense tracking. Signed-in users can use manual expense entry, mapped CSV import, categories, budgets, recurring review, analytics, monthly planning, and data export. Receipt upload, OCR, AI-assisted categorization, shared workspaces, and native mobile apps are future product ideas and may change.

5. Not a financial service

EXPOZOR is not a bank, money transmitter, payment processor, investment adviser, tax adviser, lender, credit bureau, or financial institution. EXPOZOR does not connect to bank accounts, collect bank credentials, custody funds, initiate payments, provide investment advice, provide tax advice, or make credit decisions.

6. Free trial and communications

New accounts receive one month of free access. No credit card is required and the free month does not convert into an automatic charge. When it ends, the workspace becomes read-only: you may continue reviewing and exporting your records or permanently delete the account, but you may not add, change, import, or remove financial records. We may send necessary account, security, trial-lifecycle, and service messages. Optional marketing messages require separate consent and can be stopped through the opt-out method in a message or by contacting privacy@expozor.com.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or service for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit information that you do not have the right to provide.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or service.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the site without permission.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the site.

8. Your data

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. EXPOZOR may process account information and user-created workspace records to operate, secure, and support the service; generate the summaries you request; provide exports; and respond to support requests. You can export or permanently delete a signed-in workspace from Privacy & Data. We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Planned AI and OCR features

AI-assisted categorization and OCR are planned features, not confirmed production capabilities today. If these features launch, outputs may be inaccurate and must be reviewed by the user before being relied on.

10. Billing

The first month is free and EXPOZOR does not currently collect payment details or operate paid subscriptions. Subscription prices, billing terms, and any payment processor details will be published later. A paid subscription can begin only after you are shown those terms and explicitly choose a plan.

11. Refunds and cancellation

You may stop using the service or delete your workspace at any time during the free month. Because no payment is collected during the current free trial, there is no payment to refund. See our Refund Policy for the current billing status.

12. Intellectual property

The EXPOZOR name, branding, website, software, and content are owned by EXPOZOR or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

13. Disclaimers

The site and service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Users must review imported records and summaries for accuracy. We do not guarantee that planned features will launch, that availability will be uninterrupted, or that any product roadmap will remain unchanged.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EXPOZOR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or service. During the current free trial, our aggregate liability for claims related to the unpaid service is limited to 100 USD.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EXPOZOR and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims arising from your use of the site, information you submit, or violation of these Terms.

16. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may notify users by email or post a notice on the site. Where renewed acceptance is required, we will present the updated Terms for affirmative acceptance before continued signed-in use.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

18. Dispute resolution

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally. If a formal dispute is necessary, venue and process will follow the governing-law section above.
